Repairs are currently estimated around 12–14 weeks from the date of payment. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on repair volume, repair complexity, and parts availability. If you need your camera sooner or by a specific deadline, please contact us as soon as possible. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent in your confirmation email.
Return / Exchange Policy
All repairs are carefully completed and inspected before leaving our shop. If your item isn’t performing as described, please contact us. Unless otherwise noted, repairs include a 30-day functional warranty when used with proper care.
