Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Film Wave, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by The Film Wave, located in Palm Coast, FL (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted starting on May 16th, 2025 and ending on December 31st, 2025. All entries must be received by the end of each month to qualify for that period.
5. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, you must follow @thefilmwave on Instagram and tag @thefilmwave in a post or instagram story that contains related material. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All entries must be previous customers of the Film Wave.
6. Prizes
The winner(s) will receive Kodak VISION3 500T Color Negative Film #7219 (Super 8, 50' Roll) or Kodak VISION3 50D Color Negative Film #7203 (Super 8, 50' Roll), approximately $39.00 in value. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified via email or Instagram DM's within 10 days following selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that the Sponsor may use your entry for promotional purposes, including in social media, advertising, and marketing materials.
9. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless The Film Wave and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage.
11. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the The Film Wave website.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
13. Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
