Shipping policy
Free shipping on domestic orders. If you need it sooner or within a certain timeframe you must contact us asap (extra charges may apply). When shipped you can check shipping updates under purchase history. In the meantime, double check your address and consider any extras/ accessories to go along with your new camera. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask, we are here for you.
Carriers normally include: UPS Ground (USPS priority for PO boxes) subject to change depending on your preference and need.
Return / Exchange Policy

Unless mentioned otherwise in "as is" sales, cameras have a 14 day return policy for satisfaction guarantee and a 30 day functional warranty (assuming proper care). Anything after, you can still submit a case we are a message away.
Exchanges are resolved in a case by case manner regardless of when purchased. Message to start an exchange.

1. Sourced- Camera is carefully hand-selected for good quality and good cosmetic condition.
2. Serviced- Once the camera is received, we refurbish and test it diligently as we do for all cameras (as described).
3. Shipped- Finally it is shipped, usually within 3-4 weeks.
