What is the Shipping Policy for Camera Rentals?

Shipping to You:
If you choose to have your rental shipped, it will be sent via UPS or FedEx Overnight. A flat-rate shipping fee will apply, based on the camera’s weight and your shipping address. We’ll confirm all shipping costs with you before finalizing your rental.

Please note that rentals are only available within the United States. We are not offering international rentals at this time.

Easy Return Shipping:
For your convenience, you can choose to prepay your return shipping. If selected, we’ll include a prepaid return label in your rental package, making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

If you choose to handle return shipping yourself, the camera must be shipped back to The Film Wave using UPS Next Day or FedEx Priority Overnight service. No rental fees will be charged for the day the camera is in transit back to us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons.

Can I extend the length of my camera rental?

Our team will check the availability of your rental, and if it’s not already booked by another client, we’ll be happy to extend it for you
